Each of us has a miraculous tool for healing and transformation built right within our magnificent bodies. This tool allows us to access our own innate ability to heal, to process emotions, to connect to inner guidance, and to bring clarity and transformation into our lives. What is that tool? It's our breath. So simple, yet potentially so powerful when it is utilized correctly with expert, caring, compassionate guidance.
In a Clarity Breathwork session, Anu Peter will skillfully and lovingly guide you to merge your inhale and exhale into a pattern of circular breathing. When you relax into this circular breathing, it becomes effortless, and you are taken on an inner journey which may likely surprise you with its depth.
Many people say the experience of breathwork can be as powerful as taking a psychedelic medicine, and, indeed, breathwork does give us access to similar altered states and deep, rich inner worlds. Breathwork has the ability to activate and bring clarity to hidden thoughts, feelings, emotions, and memories which are ready for healing, release, and ultimately transformation.
With regards to psychedelics, breathwork is an excellent way to prepare and clarify your intentions prior to working with psychedelics. And, likewise, it is a very useful tool to assist in processing and integrating your psychedelic experience following a session.
Anu Peter is a practitioner of Clarity Breathwork (formerly known as Rebirthing), which is a powerful process of healing and transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts, and emotions and opens the doors wide for new life and greater consciousness. Most of us don’t breathe fully, we hold back the breath and have been doing so most of our lives. When we start to breathe fully and consciously, we are easily able to release what we have been holding and open to an incredible expansion of consciousness, including greater forgiveness and self-love. This inner change brings about shifts in our outer lives for the better.
Breathwork emerged out of the consciousness era of the 60′s to support people in addressing core issues held in the subconscious while also expanding consciousness in order to contact one’s Essence — healing our false sense of separation. Clarity Breathwork supports people to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, gain deeper insights into current life issues, and access one’s own internal healing energy, creativity, and greater knowing.
Clarity Breathwork helps to activate the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights not easily accessed through traditional therapy. Breath opens the energy channels in the body and allows what we have been holding onto to surface and be released. This may be suppressed emotional material, physical blocks in the body, old beliefs structures and identifications, old memories, fight/flight/freeze patterns, and addictions. Clarity Breathwork combines counseling and insight as well as a somatic experiential process where clients gain a deep level of insight, release emotional baggage, and actually feel the patterns shifting and transforming at a deep cellular level.
Health Notifications for Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice that creates subtle, temporary changes in our brain chemistry, enabling us to step into altered states of expanded consciousness. If you have any history (current or past) of cardiovascular issues, mental/emotional health challenges, physical limitations, epilepsy, recent surgery, or other mental or physical health challenges, you may want to check with your doctor before embarking on a journey with breathwork. If you are experiencing mental or physical health challenges or are taking an antidepressant, please be responsible for your own integrity and well-being, and please inform Anu Peter of your condition before participating in a breathwork ceremony.
In solo sessions, Anu Peter will speak with you to answer questions, talk about areas in which you'd like to focus, help you to set intentions for your session, and give you basic instruction on how to do this beautiful work.
Depending on your needs and the energy you bring into the session, Anu Peter may guide you in a short meditation or period of silence to inspire balance and prepare you for the session. Then the breathwork begins, supported and guided in each moment by Anu Peter, and well as by evocative, inspiring music chosen specifically for this work.
An ideal way to make progress and realize powerful results with breathwork is to do a series of multiple sessions, with each session being no more than one week apart. Sessions build on one another, bringing the opportunity for deeper insights and enhanced clarity as sessions continue. Sessions are offered in packages with incremental pricing in order to foster these beneficial results.
Session Duration: Sessions are approximately 90 to 120-minutes (may be shorter or longer, depending on what is needed).

• Package of 3 sessions (paid in advance): $435.00 ($145 per session)

First session for new clients is done via Zoom. Subsequent sessions may be done via Zoom and/or in person.
Online Sessions: Sessions over Zoom and are just as effective as in-person sessions. Of course, they can also be more convenient for the client, allowing you to relax in the comfort of your home before, during, and immediately after the session.
Location of in-person sessions: Anu Peter's home studio in San Mateo, California.
A group breathwork session is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a safe, collaborative container in which stress is released, healing is allowed, and often even great transformations take place. We laugh, we cry, we open up, we share, we shine. Or, if you're not open to any of that, you're welcome to take part in silence and/or to interact with the group in your own way.
To open a group session, we often start with a short, guided meditation, followed by a sharing of intentions. Anu Peter will give basic instruction on how to do this beautiful work, answer questions and concerns, and then the breathwork journey begins.
Group breathwork sessions are offered in-person and via Zoom and are available for private groups, families, and groups of friends or co-workers. Occasionally, Anu Peter also offers sessions open to the public, which will be posted on the Events page.

Duration: Group breathwork sessions usually last around 2-3 hours.
