Spiritual Counseling: Bring a broader perspective to the ebb and flow of life.
The path of a healer, or "Agent of Transformation," is often one of great challenges, having experienced life's highs as well as its profound lows. The range of experience gained by having lived not only great triumphs but also great suffering – and then to rise beyond that suffering and transform as a result of it – enables true empathy, compassion, and wisdom to be born. Anu's path has been such a path.
Anu is an intuitive, compassionate, patient, skilled, kind, loving, yet strong and wise guide. His goal is to assist you to bring forth your own healing, clarity, and innate personal wisdom so that you are not only able to thrive in your current circumstances, but so that you have the necessary tools – as well as trust in your own inner guidance – as your personal path continues to unfold. In counseling sessions, he uses wisdom gained from his rich experiences and studies in human potential, spirituality, and personal transformation, as well as his innate intuitive gifts of multi-dimensional perception. Requested Minimum Donation: $125.00 (US Dollars) per hour via Zoom. Sessions incorporating Anu's Energetic Attunement and/or Radiant Heart Breathwork are also available.

Integration: Supporting you to embody your received insights.
The experience of participating in a sacred ceremony or meditation circle is a rich and powerful gift you have given yourself. Once your ceremony or circle is complete, the real work begins. In integration sessions, Anu's goal is to support you to become an embodiment of the insights and gifts you received in your experience so that the personal transformation you have initiated can become an ongoing part of your everyday life.
