The experience of Diamond Heart Meditation Circles is a rich, beautiful, often life-changing journey of personal inquiry, offering an unparalleled opportunity for personal realization and transformation at the deepest level. This work has the astonishing power to give us a direct route to higher states of consciousness, which are where true personal transformation and spiritual realization are facilitated. Some call this work "the ultimate life hack,” and it is not only a “life hack,” but infinitely more. It offers an opportunity to connect with your true soul essence and the wisdom and broader perspective of your highest self. 

The Diamond Heart Meditation Circles that I and my experienced, skilled, and loving team facilitate are held with great reverence, care, compassion, and attention to detail, as well as with deep respect, honor, and gratitude to the indigenous cultures and communities that have nurtured and shaped this work for thousands of years. The approach and ceremonial style of these circles are somewhat of a hybrid; they are designed with influences from the traditions of indigenous Peruvian Shipibo-Konibo ceremonies (including the presence of Noya Rao), ceremonial aspects of the Santo Daime Church (not religious aspects), and other transformational shamanic and ceremonial practices. I approach this work with the sincere intention to be a humble, compassionate, intuitive, loving, patient, and empathetic yet strong and powerful facilitator, working with the deepest integrity. The spirit of this work is the teacher-visionary-healer and way-shower; I am facilitating the experience and helping guide when called to do so. During a circle, I work in tandem with guidance from the spiritual and energetic realms, and tend diligently to each participant in whatever way is most sensitive to and beneficial for their highest experience. With my skilled and caring team of assistants, it is our intention to hold a very sacred space in which each participant feels safe, held, and able to surrender to whatever is unfolding for them. 

MUSIC HELPS GUIDE THE WAY

One of the most important aspects of these circles is music. Music plays an integral role as it accompanies, enhances, and helps guide our meditation circle journey together. With a background as a professional singer and musician (and currently a budding songwriter) I am passionate about dedicating deep, loving focus to the element of music for each circle, incorporating both live music and a carefully curated playlist of recorded music selected specifically for these circles (many songs are written specifically for these kinds of circles). The live music includes singing by myself and my assistants, and there are also opportunities for participants to join us in sharing their voices in song. I play the ukulele and there is often chanting and drumming, as well as live guitar and shruti box.

INDIVIDUAL ENERGY WORK FOR EACH PARTICIPANT

One of the many unique aspects of these circles is the inclusion of energy and/or body work for each participant, performed by me and my assistants. The experience of receiving a loving, sacred touch during a circle is often remarkable and transformative for participants, and is something I and my team find great joy in sharing.

1) The first stage is often primarily centered around personal healing, especially focusing on healing that is calling to be applied to one's experience in their current life, from birth to present day (however, this can include how other lives may be influencing one's current life). When the majority of personal healing has been completed, or when at least significant progress in personal healing has taken place, often influences from family lineages and ancestors start trickling in, calling for their own healing as may be needed. The frequencies and energetic signatures of ancestral lineages live on through us, and we are, in many ways, the result and currently manifested embodiment of that which has gone before us and that have made it possible for us to be living life in the magnificent physical and energetic bodies we currently inhabit. 

2) The second stage can be described as a process of some form of spiritual awakening. In a nutshell, it's a personal realization of a broader perspective on one's life with glimpses into existence itself. It's important to note, however, that awakening is never complete; it is a continually unfolding expansion of deeper understanding and realization of our true nature.

3) The third stage is often some form of multidimensional or cosmological exploration, which takes one into what could be called non-personal spiritual realization — our connection to the different stages and levels of universal consciousness and the experience of the inner workings of our universe, above and beyond our personal experience of self and our current life.

Of course, the above stages are a simplified estimation of an often mysterious, divinely orchestrated process that is essentially beyond the scope of the human mind to grasp, and is always different for everyone who chooses to take part in it. Usually these stages are blended together in some way with plenty of overlap, but from a bird's eye view they can be seen as unfolding in some form of this three-stage path over a period of multiple experiences with this work (the length of the period varies for each individual). 

FOCUSING ON SPIRITUAL AWAKENING AND MULTIDIMENSIONAL EXPLORATION

The work I facilitate in Diamond Heart Meditation Circles is primarily focused on the second and third stages as outlined above, as often the people who are most aligned with my work are those who have already taken significant steps on their own journey of personal healing and are therefore seeking to take their work to a deeper and broader level. However, personal healing comes in many forms and iterations, and can and does occur at any stage of this beautiful work, and I welcome those who are seeking personal healing and transformation at any stage of their overall journey.

THIS WORK IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

The experience of this work is not for everyone, and it is not a cure-all or even a spiritual path unto itself. Potential participants need to be physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of venturing down this path and therefore are carefully screened in a private questionnaire and interview process. This confidential screening process also gives potential participants the opportunity to ask questions and get a deeper understanding and sense of what taking part in a Diamond Heart Meditation Circle entails. 

Potential participants are accepted only by direct referral and completion of a detailed questionnaire and interview process.

PRIVATE SOLO SESSIONS AND GROUP CIRCLES
